🚚 PROCESSING TIME

All items are handmade and/or made-to-order.

Processing time typically ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

During high-demand periods (holidays, sales, custom orders), processing times may be extended.

📬 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, My Crafty Paradise is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier errors
  • Weather or transit issues

All delivery timelines are estimates only, not guarantees.

📍 INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package
  • Refunds will not be issued

📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Contact your local carrier (USPS/UPS) immediately
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

My Crafty Paradise is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

🔍 TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure availability for delivery.

⏳ DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume periods

No refunds or replacements will be issued due to shipping delays.

💸 SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us for any reason (incorrect address, unclaimed, etc.):

  • The customer must pay for reshipping
  • No refunds will be issued

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and all store policies.
