Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing quickly to get your order to you fast 🚀. If you need to make a change, message us within 2 hours of placing the order ⏳. After that, especially with custom items, changes may not be possible 💔.
How do I use promo code?
During checkout 🛒, enter your code in the “Discount code” box and click Apply ✅. Only one code can be used per order 🧾.
I have placed an order and didn't receive confirmation email?
Oh no! 😮 Check your spam or promotions folder 🕵️. Still nothing? Send us your name + email and we’ll resend your order confirmation with love 💌.
Returns 🔁
Can I return a sale item?
All sale items are final sale 🙅♀️ unless they arrive damaged or defective. We’re here to make things right if anything goes wrong 💕.
How do I return an item?
Email us within 2 days of receiving your order 📅. Items must be unused, in original packaging 📦, and approved for return first. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged 🧾. Personalized items can not be returned.
Do you accept refunds?
Yes, but only for items that arrive damaged or if we made an error 😔. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, since they’re created just for you with mucho amor 🎨💖.
