At MyCraftyParadise, every item is handmade with care and crafted just for you. Because most of our products are personalized, we have a tailored return policy to reflect that.
๐ Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a mistake on our end (like a misspelling or wrong item sent).
If you ordered a non-personalized item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
๐ธ What If Thereโs a Problem With My Order?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mycraftyparadise@gmail.com.
Weโll gladly offer a replacement, fix the issue, or issue a refund if necessary. Please include:

โณ Cancellations
We start working on your custom order shortly after itโs placed.
To request a cancellation, please email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, we may not be able to stop production.
๐งพ Refunds (If Applicable)
If approved for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days. Weโll notify you by email once itโs done.
๐ฌ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order ships, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Weโre happy to assist you with the process if needed.
