🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

My Crafty Paradise

❌ ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the handmade, custom, and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as explicitly stated in this policy.

By placing an order with My Crafty Paradise, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR:

We are not responsible and will not issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design choices made by the customer
  • Color variations due to screen or monitor differences
  • Minor imperfections consistent with handmade items
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

📦 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To request a review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order number

Failure to report within this timeframe will result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we may offer a replacement only. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.

🚚 SHIPPING LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Once an order has been shipped, My Crafty Paradise is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.

All shipping claims must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

🔁 CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only.

After this period, production may have already begun and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

⚖️ CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order confirmation
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Policy acceptance

We reserve the right to deny future service to customers who file unjustified disputes.
