📌 1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or purchasing from My Crafty Paradise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
🛍️ 2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
All products are handmade, custom, and/or made-to-order.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products at any time
- Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
- Limit quantities per order
We do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or images are 100% accurate due to variations in screens and handmade production.
💳 3. PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order
- Cancel orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious
🚫 4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may begin and cancellation will not be possible.
📦 5. SHIPPING
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
All shipping claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
🔁 6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
By purchasing, you agree to those terms.
🧾 7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Crafty Paradise shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Losses related to product use or misuse
- Delays or failures caused by third parties
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

- Misuse of products
- Violation of these terms
- Violation of any law or third-party rights

All content, designs, images, and products are the property of My Crafty Paradise.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
